Rosneft to launch LINIK in the beginning of 2014

Rosneft is going to launch LINIK in the beginning of 2014, the Ukrainian News reports referring to an informed source. The Russian side continues blocking pipeline oil supplies to Kremenchug oil refinery belonging to Ukrnafta in the Poltava region.
Lisichany oil refinery was stopped in March 2012. The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine forecasts that the plant will start operation not earlier than February or March 2014.
