Explosion on Turkish section of South Caucasus gas pipeline not to affect the works on TANAP

The second explosion on the South Caucasus gas pipeline (Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum), happened today, won’t affect plans for the construction of the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP). This was stated by economist Fuad Alizadeh.

On August 4 and 25, there were explosions on the South Caucasus gas pipeline in the Turkish province of Kars. Turkish authorities laid responsible for the sabotage on the gas pipeline on terrorists of the Kurdistan Workers' Party.
