On August 28 the Lukoil Board of Directors to assess the impact of the tax manoeuvre.

At a meeting on August 28th the board of directors of Lukoil, the largest private oil company in the Russian Federation, would consider the "tax manoeuvre" in the Russian oil industry and its impact on economic and operational performance of the company, Lukoil stated in a statement.

In addition, the agenda for the meeting includes the discussion of the preliminary results of Lukoil in H1 2015 and the implementation of the budget and investment program for 2015.

Also, the board of directors will consider targets in the medium-term plan of Lukoil for 2016-2018.
