The shareholders of Alliance Group have refuted the news about the sale to Rosneft of the company’s oil assets. Earlier on Thursday, Vedomosti reported that the Group is in negotiations on the possible sale of a part of its oil assets to Rosneft, referring to 2 federal authorities and some people acquainted with the top-managers in Alliance Oil Company.
