V. Alekperov doesn’t plan to increase its stake in Lukoil to 30% from the current 20%.
I will never have 30% as there are restrictions not allowing to purchase another 10%.
V. Alekperov and L. Fedun have the largest packages in Lukoil.
In December 2012 their stakes were 20.87% and 9.5%.
On February 12th 2015 V. Alekperov signed a deal on the purchase of 525 thousand ADR for $25 mln, on February 13th another 2 deals were signed – for 15 thousand and 405 thousand ADR for $745.3 thousand and $19.9 mln.
