Rosneft did not apply with an initiative on raising funds of the Pension Fund and the Non-Governmental Pension Fund for financing the company’s projects, including, in the context of applying the National Welfare Bank. The company’s press-release reports.

“Rosneft” stated that it took part at the meeting with the largest non-governmental pension funds on an invitation of the Ministry of Economic Development. The spokesmen for the pension funds approached with a proposal to Rosneft suggesting placing the funds into account taking into consideration the stable investment rating of the company.
