FAS doesn’t allow Lukoil’s subsidiary to buy Magistral-M

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has refused the application of Lukoil-Yugnefteproduct, a subsidiary of the largest Russian private oil company Lukoil, in receipt of fixed production and intangible assets, which are 100% of Magistral-M in Krasnodar, the Ministry reports.
