The negotiations of the participants of the working group for OPAL project development (the owners are Gazprom and Wintershall) have not led to the final decision about the status of the gas pipeline, the European Commission and the Ministry of Energy report. The participants of the working group are the representatives of the European Commission, the Ministry of Energy, Gazprom and Wintershall.
