Gazprom and Wintershall can sign a writtens obligations on the exchange of assets in November

The Russian gas holding “Gazprom” and German “Wintershall” will sign written obligations, as to an exchange of assets, in November. The deputy head of the holding A.Medvedev stated at then St Petersburg International Ecomomic Forum.
“We hold negotiations now. Binding agreements might be signed in November,” he said.
The deputy head of Gazprom added that a sphere of the assets might be defined earlier. “It will happen before the end of the Football Championship,” Medvedev added.
