Lukoil and Pemex discussed a possible cooperation

The heads of Lukoil and Pemex (Mexico), V. Alekperov and H. A. Gonsales Anaya, held negotiations in the framework of which they discussed opportunities of a possible activity. In late 2015 V. Alekperov said that Lukoil might participate in the next tender for the development of deposits in Mexico provided a number of certain projects are offered, including with heavy oil.
