The Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak reported today that Kiev appealed to Moscow with a request for gas discounts by abolishing the export duty till the end of 2015. The official said that the formal request from the Ukrainian side was also received.
The Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak reported today that Kiev appealed to Moscow with a request for gas discounts by abolishing the export duty till the end of 2015. "They have long appealed, they want (the discount) till the end of the year," - said Mr. Novak, added that the official request from the Ukraine was also received.
