Board of Bashneft to consider the payment of dividends-2014 on May 27th

​The Board of Directors of Bashneft on May 27th will consider the issue of dividends payment for 2014, the company reports.

Rosimuschestvo agrees with the suggestion of Bashneft’s top-management on the payment of dividends-2014 at the rate of 20 bln roubles, the agency’s head O. Dergunova, said.

The total amount of Bashneft’s dividends -2013 made up 82.73 bln roubles.

In Jan-September 2013 the company paid 45.25 bln roubles to the shareholders as dividends, 199 roubles/share. The final dividends for 2013 made up 211 roubles/share. 37.48 bln roubles were spent for the payment of final dividends in 2013. The total amount of dividends for 2014 made up 82.73 bln roubles. On the results of 2013 Bashneft paid 5.3 bln roubles as dividends or 24 roubles/share.
