The reverse gas supplies from Slovakia can cover about a half of Ukrainian needs.
According to Ukrainian company, the reverse can ensure 30 billion cubic meters of gas, while the annual need is 50 billion cubic meters.
Against the background of the high level of tension in relations between two countries, Russia decided to dramatically increase the price of gas, which is exported to the Ukraine.
Slovakia gave to understand that it was ready to carry out necessary technical actions to give about 8 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
