Egypt expects to sign LNG contract with Gazprom soon

Egypt expects to sign a contract with Gazprom on supplies of LNG in the near future, Minister of Industry and Trade M.Abdel-Nour reported on April, 25th.
“I think that our Ministry and Gazprom are in two steps from the signing of a contract on the import of liquefied gas from Russia,” – he stated.
This issue was raised at the Moscow meeting of the Russian-Egyptian intergovernmental commission on March, 24th of 2014.
