The Ukraine is about to sign PSA at the Skiphsky site before August, Proskuryakov

The Government plans to sign PSAs at the Skiphsky (deep marine shelf in the Black Sea) site with Exxon Mobil before August. The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Ukraine O.Proskuryakov said.
According to him, as soon as the rights of the Ukraine are protected to the maximum, the agreement will be signed.
