Dvorkovich to control development of Arctic by Sechin and Miller

The Head of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra) Alexander Popov and the Minister for Natural Resources Sergey Donskoy mustn’t decide on the introduction of changes to the license conditions of use of the subsoil with expired liability terms, deputy PM, Arkady Dvorkovich says in his lletter to the officials. If rejection takes place, the departments must inform the government monthly with enclosure of all the documents submitted by the subsoil users. Then the government will decide whether Rosnedra should introduce the changes to the licenses, RBC daily reports.
