Rosneft’s subsidiary withdraws its claim against Rosnedra on contest for Gavrikovskoye field

On March 24, 2015, Moscow Commercial Court. stopped consideration of the claim of the competition for the Gavrikovsky oil subsoil area in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district.
Earlier in the day, a representative of RN-Uvatneftegaza petitioned for the rejection of the lawsuit on the contest for the Gavrikovskoye field. Rhe representative of the company didn’t disclose the reasons for this decision. This petition was supported by a representative of Rosnedra.
