Novatek to reelect Board of Directors on April 24th 2015

V. Dmitriev will leave the Board of Directors of Novatek on April 24th 2015 after the annual meeting of shareholders.
V. Dmitriev was not included in the list of candidates to be elected to the new membership of the Board of Directors.
The list doesn’t contain the ex-Minister of Natural Resources of Russia, V. Orlov and President of total for exploration and development, I.-L. Darricarrere.
They are replaced by R. Casten suggested by SWGI Growth Fund, M. Borrel suggested by Total E&P Artic Russia, and L. Simanovsky who can replace A. Natalenko at the position of the head of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors decided to increase the membership from 8 to 9 people.
