In February, KAZ Minerals got the first copper concentrate from Bozshakol

In February this year, KAZ Minerals, a large copper producer in Kazakhstan, received the first copper concentrate, produced at Bozshakol GOK, the press centre of the company reports.

KAZ Minerals Group implements two major projects of the growth – the development of copper deposits and the construction of enrichment plants at the Bozshakol deposit in the Pavlodar and the Aktogay deposit in the East Kazakhstan region. At the end of 2015, KAZ Minerals produced the first copper cathode at Aktogay.
