Atyrau oil refinery plant keeps getting rid of non-core assets

The Atyrau oil refinery plant keeps realizing the program of putting its non-profile subdivision for outsourcing. By means of that it is planned to increase labor productivity by 2 times by 2019, CEO of the Atyrau oil refinery plant, K. Urazbaev, said.

“In 2014 the fire extinguishing, gas – saving and medical services, projection-construction center, metrology unit, kids plant and others were excluded out of the structures of the Atyrau oil refinery plant LLP. This year a transport shop, electric supply shop and repair-mechanic shop will be excluded out of the structure of the plant. Putting the non-profile subdivisions of the oil refinery plants for outsourcing is an acknowledged world practice used for maximum concentration of the enterprise on its basic activity. The total economic effect in 2015-2019 might exceed 3.3 bln tenge”, K. Urazbaev said.
