Gunvor is about to get a share in PT Oiltanking Karimum

The international oil trader,the Gunvor Group is about to get a share in the Indonesian fuel terminal PT Oiltanking Karimun, European Commision states.
In accordance with a preliminary application the companies filed to the European regulator, German PT Oiltanking Karimun (controlled by Marquard & Bahls AG) and Coral Cay Pte Ltd. (owned by Gunvor Group) are about to get a joint control over the terminal by the means of a share acquisition. Oiltanking owns 95% in PT Oiltanking Karimun.
