The ex-president of the Russian Football Union, S. Fursenko has entered Gazprom Neft Board of Directors. The company’s shareholders ceased halfway the authority of the Board of Directors and elected the new Board. Besides from Mr. Fursenko, the new Board of Directors includes all 11 members of the former list, the chief of Gazprom Neft A. Dyukov, the Chairman of Management Board A. Miller, his deputies V. Golubev and A. Kruglov, the members of the Board N. Dubik, K. Seleznyov and V. Cherepanov, the deputy directors of the departments V. Alisov and A. Mikheyev, the director of the department for property management and corporative relations of Gazprom E. Mikhailova and the ex-governor of the Leningrad region V. Serdyukov. The following persons have not entered the Board of Directors: the deputy director of the gas, gas condensate and oil production department of Gazprom A. Kalinkin and the deputy director of the department for marketing and refining of gas and liquid hydrocarbons, the director of the department for industrial product marketing of Gazprom M. Garayev, who were nominated to the list of candidates to the new composition of the Board of Directors. On January 15, the shareholders decided at the session to broaden the number of members of the Board of Directors from 12 to 11 persons.
