Basic agreements between Russia and China might be reached by the end of March – Dvorkovich

Russia and China will agree the basic aconditions of the agreement on Russian gas supply by the end of March, the Vice Prime Minister of Russia, A. Drovkovich, said in Beijing.
Gazprom and Chinese partners hold active negotiations and consultations about the supply conditions and hope to reach their basic agreements before the visit of the General Secretary of the Communists’ Party of China to Russia, S. Tszinpin, in late March.
