Bashneft’s additional share issues to join to a principal issue

A start of the trading of Bashneft’s shares is planned at the Moscow Exchange before the end of February 2013, the company states.
The Federal Service for Financial Markets (FFMS) abolished individual registered numbers (codes) of an additional issue of shares of OJSC ANK “Bashneft” after an expiration of a legal 3-months term since the state registration of the report on the results of additional issues on November 13, 2012.
