Alexei Ulyukaev: in 2016, average annual oil price to exceed $30 per barrel

In 2016, the annual average price of oil will be above $30 per barrel. Such assumption was voiced by the Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev.

"I think some rebalancing will be. The average annual price of oil won’t be the same as it is today, it will be higher,"- said the Minister.

He says he sees potential for the recovery of the oil prices. "The growth in the demand is a fact, in 2015 the demand grew by about 1.5 million barrels. The global economy grew by 3%, so the demand will increase for sure, "- said Mr. Ulyukayev.
