Polymer processors in Tatarstan ask government to create fund to buy raw materials from Taif

The President of Danaflex, Ayrat Bashirov lobbies for the creation of a state fund for polymer processors so they could buy raw materials from Taif, the BUSINESS Online reports.
According to him, this is the only way to save the industry in the situation of the increase in commodity prices. Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Kazanorgsintez continue to peg their prices to foreign currency and have already tripled their net profit.s

The concept of the salvation of the Tatarstan polymer processors must be presented at the next Economic Council under the President of Tatarstan. According Ayrat Bashirov, the government of Tatarstan must form a support fund to the amount of 1 - 2 billion rubles, which will give the money for working capital and purchase of raw materials from Taif. They will be used by participants of the relevant "polymer" association, which must be created from the initiative enterprises of Tatarstan. "Now the main question, about which everyone is concerned, is working capital needed for the purchase of raw materials to protect themselves from the constant rise in the prices, - says A. Bashirov. - There is a way out: to keep raw stock and get some respite from the manufacturers. Today, the issue escalated because the value of money became higher, it became not easy just to take them from bank".
