The scientific research institute of Naftogaz of Ukraine Naukanaftogaz assesses, in future it is technically possible to recover 22 trillion cubic metres of shale gas reserves in Ukraine, the head of the oil and gas geological research department Sergey Vakarchuk reported.
He said, Naukanaftogaz studied the prospects of development of shale gas deposits in Ukraine against the order of Naftogaz.
