In Q4, Gazprom and Lukoil are going to appeal to the Russian Subsoil Use Management Agency for the Tsentralnoye deposit, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology S. Donskoy says. The applications will be made under the fact of the discovery.
Gazprom with 25%, Lukoil with 25% as well, and Kazmunai Gas have founded the joint venture for development of the Tsentralnoye deposit in the North Caspian Sea area under the PSA terms. Now Gazprom and KMG discuss the financing of the deposit.
