Bashneft’s Board of Directors approves purchase of network of filling stations in the Samara region

The Board of Directors of Bashneft has approved the acquisition of Aktan filling station, which owns a network of filling stations in the Samara region, Bashneft reports.

In addition, the Board proposed for consideration a number of related party transactions on, in particular, conclusion of contracts for the provision of services in drilling, construction and reconstruction of wells between Bashneft and Targin Drilling to the meeting of shareholders on October 15th, 2014.
