Ulyukaev doesn’t rule out fall in oil price below $40 per barrel in the near future

The Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev hasn’t ruled out the fall in oil prices below $40 per barrel, but "for a very short time". He expressed this opinion to journalists on the margins of the meeting of Economic Ministers of ASEAN countries in Kuala Lumpur.
