Rosneft is ready to supply fuel to the Amur region, but not raw materials for China

Rosneft considers proposals of the Amur region on construction of oil storage facilities for the needs of the region and fuel supplies to China controversially, advisor to the president of the company on coordination of projects in the Far East and vice-president Viktor Ishayev stated.

"I have analyzed the situation and I see that we can strengthen our presence in some areas. two bases (are assumed) there. The first one will be used to provide the Amur region. It’s very difficult to develop something without input bases - in fact they even they bring fuel in tanks even to the airport there. In short, we have agreed in this direction, we work with them,"- he said.
