By January 1st, 2015, the Ukraine plans to create two joint ventures – operators of its gas transportation system and underground gas storages facilities within the reform of its gas market, Naftogaz reports.
According to plans of the reform, 49% in the joint ventures will be owned by international partners and 51% by Ukrtransgaz. The presentation emphasizes that selection of international partners will undergo a "strict control" – Gazprom won’t be admitted.
