Upgrade of large gas-processing plant in Uzbekistan is completed

The National holding company Uzbekneftegas has completed the upgrade of the Mubarek gas-processing plant in the Kashkadarya region in the south of the country in the amount of $171.8 million, the Ministry of Economy and the Uzbek State Statistics Committee report.
According to the report, the project provided for construction of the 7th stage of gas desulphurization in three (the 16th, the 17th and the 18th) universal blocks with total capacities of 6 billion cubic meters per year. Subdivisions of Uzbekneftegas are the construction contractors.
