The Ukrainian Government awaits the launch of Odessa oil refinery in autumn and Lisichany oil refinery not earlier than February or March 2014

The Minister of Energy and the Coal Industry of the Ukraine, E. Stavitsky says that Odessa oil refinery will restart operations in the autumn 2013. At the end of March, Odessa oil refinery that had been idle since autumn 2010, initiated the start and assembly work for the restoration of production. Its annual capacity is 2.8 million tons of oil.

The Lisichany oil refinery will be launched not earlier than February or March 2014. Rosneft got the Lisichany oil refinery with the other Ukrainian assets of BP-TNK after closure of the transaction for its purchase in March 2013.
