Tyumen works of UMMK has made first metal batch

The construction of the mini-mill with annual capacity of 550,000 tons of sort rolled steel is nearly completed. The enterprise has started the execution of complex technological testing and accepting of the main aggregates, including the electric furnace, the ladle furnace, the vacuuming machine, the uninterrupted casting machine and the rolling mill. Starting and assembling will be performed by the personnel of the plant under the governance of the specialists of the Italian supplier.
