AFK Systema will increase its dividends next year because of the sale of a shareholding in RussNeft, the chief and the co-owner of the company, V. Evtushenkov says. On July 11th, AFK Systemaclosed the transaction for the sale of its shareholding of 49% in RussNeft to Bradinor Holdings Limited /Bradinor/ and Cromeld Management Limited /Cromeld/ for $1.2 billion. The beneficiary owner of Bradinor is M. Shishkhanov, the nephew of M. Gutseriyev, and the beneficiary owner of Cromeld is F. Dlin.
