Putin signed law on preferential taxation of tight oil

The President of the Russian Federation has signed a law on a differentiation of tax on mineral production for tight oil reserves. The appropriate document was placed on the official portal of legal information.
The legislation provides a differentiation of MET rate depending on the collector permeability rate, field depletion degree and the size of oil-filled formation (decreasing coefficients from 0-0.8 are introduced).
