Steel output in the world has started to rise

​Mass media that noticed a fall of steel output in the world in May 2015 against May 2014 by 2.1% didn’t pay attention to a rare for this month growth of steel making by 3.2% against April 2015. In EU steel output rose by 6% a month, in North America – by 5.7%, in China – 1.5% and Asia – by 5%.

On June 1-10 steel output in the world went on growing at high rates and rose by 2.3%. The developed markets and countries of the CIS joined the growth.

A new growth of steel making is connected with low prices for raw materials and postponed demand but it contradicts the traditionally low season of holidays. From June Japan artificially restricted steel output.
