SOCAR again sells a stake in Petkim

SOCAR has again decided to sell its stake in Petkim Holding which is an asset of SOCAR in Turkey.
In the coming days the company plans to address the Istanbul stock exchange with a respective application.
SOCAR Energy Turkey said that on June 26th they plan to address the Istanbul stock exchange for the sale of a part of their shares in Petkim Petrokimya Holdinq reminding that a similar purchase-and-sale deal was canceled on June 8th 2015.
The stake of SOCAR in Petkim is 61.32%. the company planned to sell 1.6% of its participation interest.
