Lukoil joins the project on the shelf of Cameroon

Lukoil has bought a 37.5% stake in the project Etinde on shelf of Cameroon from British Bowleven, the Reuters reports, referring to participants of the transaction.
The amount of the deal, which will be concluded after its approval by shareholders of Bowleven and the Cameroonian’s authorities, isn’t disclosed.
The Etinde site is located in the Gulf of Guinea and includes three licensed blocks with area of 2.300 square meters.
