Gazprom suggest to add $3 each 1000 cubic meters to the gas price for Serbia for thepayment of overdue debts

The Serbian overdue debt has exceeded $180 million for Russian gas imports. The debt is compiled from overdue liabilities for February and March 2013, and March and April 2014 for a total sum of over $148 million.

Besides from that, Serbia has not paid off the debt for 1995 – 2001 at a rate of $34.8 million, a source of ITAR-TASS says. Another source confirms the sums and adds that the point of overdue debts was brought into the ministry negotiations on June 20 in Moscow. The Minister of Mining and Energy of Serbia A. Antich confirms the fact of discussion of the debts to Russia and Russian companies.
