Ministry of Natural Resources can return to discussion of granting of access to shelf for the foreigners

The Ministry of Natural Resources can return to discussion of granting of access to shelf for the foreigners, if such need appears, however no changes in the legislation are planned now, the Minister S. Donskoy says. Today they’ve met with the representatives of the large international companies, and they are satisfied with this cooperation. No changes are planned for shelf operation of Gazprom and Rosneft. The Russian authorities have been discussing for several years liberalization of access to the shelf.
