Lukoil to plan to start industrial production of diamonds in the Arkhangelsk region in November already

In November of this year, the largest private oil company in Russia Lukoil plans to start the industrial production of diamonds in the field n.a. Griba in the Arkhangelsk region. The production may make up 4 million carats, the company’s president Vagit Alekperov said.
