Government is not going to reduce its shareholding in Rosneft to lower than a controlling level

The Russian Government is not going to reduce its shareholding in Rosneft lower than the controlling level, the Vice Premier I. Shuvalov says. The Ministry of Economic Development introduced to the Government in April the suggestion to additionally privatize 19% in Rosneft in 2013, reducing the state shareholding in the company to 50% + 1 stock, and in May the Premier Medvedev said that the state shareholding in the company could be reduced to 51%.
