Bashenft sold reacquired stock

OJSC “Bashneft” has completed a deal on a sale of 832 082 ordinary and 4 730 528 privileged shares, repurchased within the frame of reorganization in 2012 and which makes up 2.45% of the registered capital of “Bashneft” to a financial investor, United Platform S.A. (Luxemburg). They said about it at the press-service of the company.
