Receipt of a credit for the development of “Yamal LNG” is a tough job, P.Pouyanne, CEO of Total said.
“It is the most difficult job I have experienced during the last 18 months,” he stated.
Problems with the financing of the project (valued at 27 billion) started with imposing of sanctions against Russia in July 2014. Credits from American banks became unavailable.
