Russian oil companies to switch over to production of fuel of Euro-4 and Euro-5 grades within the time limit

Russian oil companies will switch over to the production of higher level emission standard fuels (Euro-4 and Euro-5) within the time limit; the planning increase of excises won’t exercise a significant influence on profitability of projects on such fuels production, the Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkedy Dvorkovich, who is in charge of the FEC, reported to journalists.
