In 2013, not a single auction on licensing of subsoil areas in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district may take part in Russia. These reservations were expressed by the Yugra’s Governor at the meeting, dedicated to the development of the fuel and energy complex of the Ural Federal District, which was held by the plenipotentiary envoy to the President Igor Kholmanskikh in Salekhard today.
According to the Governor, to date the Federal Agency for Subsurface Use hasn’t approved list of subsoil users for implementation in 2013.
