Lukoil may pay dividends for 2013 in the amount of 60 rubles per share in addition to paid ones

Lukoil’s Board of Directors intends to recommend to general meeting of shareholders to pay dividends on the results of 2013 in the amount of 60 rubles per 1 ordinary share (thus, the total amount for the reporting year will be 110 rubles). Interim dividends, paid by results of the first half of 2013, were 50 rubles per 1 share.

Thus, it is expected that the total amount of dividends for 2013 will be by 22.2% more than in the previous year (90 rubles per 2012).
