Bashneft has concluded a contract on the sale of oil for export with Normeston Trading Limited; the volume of the transaction makes up $4.13 billion.
Normeston Trading Limited is a private company, registered in Belize and located in Russia; it is engaged in the trade of crude oil and oil products.
